i dont think so..he is still a top player and their best striker so frozing him out will be a bad move on chelsea part becuse they will be without their best striker and by frozin him out they will make his value to go down..

Yeah good point, I guess it depends if they want to make an example of him though so the other players don't get the wrong idea? Show them who's boss kind of thing...

They would struggle with him out if they don't buy a replacement.

Drogba was instrumental in Chelsea's success last season to think that he's upset with the club and vice versa. That he may not play or if he does his heart won't be in it. Well it's a crying shame. :cheeky:

Hey what about SAF pulling off a January until the end of the season loan for him! that would trump Larsen last year! :)

I wondered how long it would be before somebody mentioned that! It's just not going to happen. No chance in hell. It would be a nice dream though. :D

yeah i think that what they are doing but it can ruin their season. they allready too far bahind arsenal and man utd and drogba out until january will kill their their challange for the title. new arrivals in january like huntelaar and van der vaart may take to adept and can cause a furtner problums with lampard as well..
drogba to man utd i dont think so. he called ronaldo one season wonder

No I don't expect it to at all, RA doesn't need the money and would gladly let him rot in the reserves before strengthening a rival.

Decent dream though, he's just what we're missing in our striker dept! :D

He's going to the african nations so if i was abramovic i'd sell him, i doubt he'd care if it was 10-15 mil (loose change!), but why would you want him if he cant play champ league - maybe he'll send him to moscow on loan to teach him a lesson

yeah roman doesnt need the money but im sure he dont want to be sucker and lose money becuse of the player attitude..chelsea would struggle to find teams that will pay alot for drogba and lampard becuse they cant play in the cl. they also will be much cheaper in the summer i think

A team might want to buy him if they are struggling domestically (AC Milan?), Champions League isn't everything. They bought Ronaldo in January as well don't forget so I don't think it will bother the big clubs if they can have him in January.

Not sure how much he would go for. Difficult one that..

Chelsea's response was that he signed a new 4 year contract last year and they fully expect him to honour it!

He's gone, unless Roman decides he wants to let him rot in the reserves.

Glad I'm not a Chelsea fan!
