More from Drogba... "As soon as I arrived at Chelsea I struggled because it was never my choice to come here. I've always had strange relations with the club. Right from the first day I wanted to leave and then again every summer. I've done what is right for the club until now, but the time has come for me to think about myself and put my interests first." Apparently he's only interested in four clubs; Inter, AC Milan, Barcelona or Real Madrid. |

lol No, they already have quality strikers! The only realistic ones look like AC Milan and maybe Real Madrid but they supposedly said that he is too old. Inter already have loads of strikers and I don't see Barcelona wanting him with Henry and Eto'o there. |

I think so too and maybe even January since they didn't mind buying Ronaldo then either. Plus they are struggling in the league I think. |

AC Milan must be shortest odds. They rank experience (age) highly. How much do you think Chelsea would sell him for? Drogba clearly wants to leave so his value goes down. RA can afford to let him rot in the reserves but that is likely to affect team morale (but is RA big on those things?) Can't quite see which way they'll go on this, sell him for a low price just to get shut of him or tell him he can't go unless they get a high price. Things seem to be looking up for Shevchenko and Ballack.... probably! |

Maybe Chelsea are hoping that he is going to be professional about it and just get on with his game. I think that the price will be around £15-18m. |

my father in law. he is italian and lives in milan. AC club member. They had a vote on who they want as next manager they voted for mourinho. Doesnt mean it will happen. but they also decided if baresi number 6 shirt should be retired and whether they should sign ronaldo in Jan. The members have alot of say in italys clubs. They run nearly everything by them(theres around 300 members) some have been fans since 50'S. They will also retire number 3 for maldni(only his son can wear it if he plays left back for AC). They feel ancelotti is a spent fource. I quite well connected in the football world when i think bout it.

Even though Drogba has been vital to Chelsea in the last year or two under mourinho, he may not be as bigger loss as people think now because Abramovich wants them to play fancy football and that isn't what Drogba was used for. He suited the glorified Wimbledon long ball style perfectly but if their not gonna do that anymore then maybe players like Ballack and Shevchenko can start makin more of an impact. I hope i'm wrong though because i hate them. |

Nice one gunnabe! Interesting stuff. Manager of the current European Champions a spent force seems a bit strange. Yeah maybe Triggle because they have been playing to Drogba's strengths a lot and it has been a winning formula but it does appear that Roman isn't happy with the style etc. You have to think who they could get to replace him as well. |

A bit late. the italians are ficlke people. also they believe that getting rid of him will allow younger players to come in. and get rid of the old guys |
