The last two seasons have been bright for Jol and Co. With two successive 5th place finishes, but this season has seen them at the boot of the Prem, but what is the reason for this? |

Any number of reasons, take your pick: 1. Uncertainty around the manager's position after the board seeking alternatives. 2. They struggle without King and Dawson who have hardly played any games together this season. 3. They always have got off to a bad start (none as bad as this) but usually turn it around come the end of the season. 4. Their best player last season having second season syndrome and maybe wanting to leave after the speculation in the Summer. 5. Not knowing the first choice strike partnership/trying to fit round pegs into square holes in this position. 6. Lennon injured who is one of their most creative players and they don't have a proper winger to replace him. |
