i'd have to say based on his stats you would be hard pushed to find someone better when on form, yes he's helped by the players around him but you still need to be a damn good player to get the goals and assists he does.

Fact is he has played a major part in chelsea's honours thus far and should he leave chelsea at the end of the season he will be going to another big european club for a pretty penny
