hmm lets see how much good it will do he needs to lose weight im sorry but outfield players can just about get away with it but when ur a goalie u have to be agile and robinson is a little heavy footed at the min

Yes, in some strange way goalies need to work on agility and litheness in their thirties. Bulking up, in the gym (or at the dining table) maybe what the rest of us do, but keepers can't afford to.

Flexibility and reflexes need to be maximised so that the experience they've garnered up to then isn't wasted.
