Yes, in some strange way goalies need to work on agility and litheness in their thirties. Bulking up, in the gym (or at the dining table) maybe what the rest of us do, but keepers can't afford to. Flexibility and reflexes need to be maximised so that the experience they've garnered up to then isn't wasted. |
