I think is Ramos is a top manager and it looks very likely he'll be their manager but I dont think he'll be able to get Spurs into the top 4. A Klinsmann or Capello might do but not without more investment. |

thats a million pound question,i think the first thing they need is a strong manager to tell the board 'you run the club,i will run the team, end of',i think theres more than one player in that team jol didnt want ie bent.If they want ramos they will have to be patient because he doesnt even speak english,id go all out for capello myself |

Redknaap is a very good manager but the clubs hes worked with are generally low down in the league with expectations that arent as high as a United, Arsenal etc. Would he be able to cope that responsibility and pressure and having millons of a transfer budget whereas it be be significantly lower at Pompey, Southampton etc. |

Looking at Ramos' record 5 Cups in 15 months and still never linked with Barce or Real jobs. I don't doubt he's a very capable manager. If he arrives it has to be 90% about the money but in some ways being a success at Spurs might just give him the status to be considered for the top 2 in Spain. It's a bit like here, lots of suggested English mangers, even on this forum, are being dismissed as small time only. |

They also need to be able to deal well and fairly with people. People skills and leadership are very important, and often overlooked. |
