Well If they're still floating around mid-table this time next year his job will be under threat. Well since Jol took over they've spent about 80mil or something. I supposed when you spend that much you expect a return. They blew it last season in the FA cup. And they had a great chance to finish fourth. Jol was obviously not the man to take them in the Cl and top 4. |

Hmmm yes true, how much have the other top 4 clubs spent in that time though and Spurs started off with a worse squad. |

I think United and Liverpool have spent around the same amount, both spent 50mil this year. Thats true but some of his buys have been really questionable, he had about 8 central midfielders at one stage :o, and now 4 quality strikers. If he had of pent wisely he could really challenge. |

Ramos is a winner yes, you think he will win the UEFA Cup ofr the third year in a row but this time with Spurs?
Yeah his buys have been for the wrong positions. Probably suited to somewhere like Ajax then where they don't spend big but concentrate on developing players. |

Nope I dont think he will win anything this season but the team after today will be much stronger and they will have a change of mentality and there is no reason why they cant go far in uefa,fa and league cup just I think they wont win anything this season. |
