Still to early to tell. He took over a v good squad, hasnt changed a great deal. Those same results may have come under JM.

The special one seemed to have lost his way a bit at the start of the season though.

You will probably never know how good of a coach he really is because of the calibre of players that he will be signing. It would be difficult to go far wrong...

I have to say Avram has brought something completely different to mourinho. He's actually turned them away from the spotlight and let their football do the talking on the pitch. Don't get me wrong their style of football hasn't really changed, but there isn't the controversial remarks and continuous griping about wenger, fergie, rafa, referees, etc etc that we used to get with his predecessor.

And all the media used to praise mourinho because somehow he was diverting attention from the players. But Avram has shown that you can do exactly the same by not saying a lot and contunuing to win matches. He's hardly put chelsea in the spotlight and yet they're winning matches and there seems to be no unwarranted attention or unecessary media pressure on any of the players. Goes to show how pathetic mourinho was at times!

Has been good so far, though it's hard to know how much this is down to Ten Cate's influence. They do seem to be working well together. Still not playing with an abundance of flair but they do look better going forward. The ANC is going to be a tough time for the club though.
