Come on Donny.................would love to see Leeds stay in 1st division. Talk about a reversal, 6yrs or so ago Donny were playing non-league and Leeds were playing CL. Could be a lot of trouble if Leeds lose, they reckon a few 1000 Leeds fans have got tickets in Donny area. Already getting heated over South Yorks V West Yorks. |

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Leeds were the second best team in the league so I think they deserve it. |

I think Leeds will win. I can't see them coming this far and blowing it now. It's been 1-0 to the away team in their two league matches. |

They shouldnt have broken the rules then, i think it would be terrible if Leeds go up after getting an unfair advantage by writing off some £30m in debt and the same peeps end up owning the same club again. If u ran a company and put it into receivership, u shouldt be allowed to buy back same company for pennies in the pound. |

I know the club broke the rules, I'm only going by the players' performance over the course of the season. I'm not arguing the punishment but they were given their deduction and it may still cost them but they worked with it and got to this position. I'm not a fan of leeds utd, btw. |

You're not? I thought everybody was a Leeds fan. I agree with RD's sentiments that the same people shouldnt be allowed to run a club again since they have already messed it up once. Surely there should be some rule in place to stop that happening. |

I should sooooo be able to answer that seeing as i did a company law exam a week ago
There is Directors' Duties legislation in place but it's not that tight. it's only going to fully implemented with the new and improved Companies Act which has been delayed. |
