OK, I completly disagree with you on this... But I don't feel like having a huge (and probably pointless) discussion with you so: I will agree to disagree... |

Correct on the first two but bad at defending headers? I'd say that he's one of the best at defending headers.

watch him- he lost alot in the air against Rooney and Tevez in The CL. he is good at attacking the ball eg, defending or attacking a corner |

Isn't it exactly the same defending a corner as a long punt up the field? |

Deco would be good for any top club.
I see Mourinho said he'd be Inter's manager on Monday but it's now Tuesday... |

DD could go to could follow JM, if Lamps moves anywhere it will be to Spain just to stop the earache from the missus. Think Essien will stay, but a lot will depend on who takes over. p.s. IG11, when u leave school u may be able to actually go and watch the odd footie match, maybe then u will get an idea of what a good defender does. We await your apology about JT with anticipation.

no aplogy Retard, thats my opinion, I agree he is good at attacking balls in the air- eg corners and he put his foot in(and gets hurt alot). but his not a WC defender IMO, Carvalho is miles better. IMO if he wernt English he wouldnt of got noticed English peps buy into this braveheart mentality, he wears his heart on his sleeve and is a big mouth so peps think he is a good player  - he might make a good coach thou |

Agree he hasnt got speed, not best in the air but he had got an incredible ability to read the game and know where to be and when to be there. He being injury prone, yep he was hurt this season but has still played 156 out of 190 league games in last 5 seasons. Main reason he missed the games he did was firt because he had a back op which kept him out for a while and that horrible clash when Diaby kicked him in face. |
