What must he be thinking...? He's always sulking and hinting that he wants to leave Spurs, United put a bid in and it's rejected. Liverpool show a bit of interest in Keane, put in a bid for him and Keane hands in a transfer request and completes his dream move soon after. Berbatov still at Spurs. |

Is that you Sepp? Surely he will be sulking even more if he is kept since they sold his strike partner and he's been waiting for a move longer. |

I can only find goal stats for the Premiership. 15 each last season 12 for Berbatov, 11 for Keane the year before that. I didn't hear about them offering him abroad cheaper, wouldn't the same be said for Keane since Liverpool have been the ones most likely to drop out of the top 4 and Spurs would have been likely to close the gap.

something was said about spurs not wanting to sell to utd. it could be but keane handed in a transfer request and probably explained his love of liverpool was why he wanted to leave. benitez didnt act lack fergie did when accused of tapping up. alls that we done wrong was mention his name as a possible transfer target

Those quotes were confirmed as false by some Scandanavian supporters group.
:P I don't see why they wouldn't want to sell to United but they will sell Keane to Liverpool, doesn't make sense at all. |

levy probs a.very gud business man, 19m 4 keane, 18m 4 carrick, i wont pay half that 4 them at the time they left, carrick done really well last yr but it was still a gamble on him spending 18m(he even had 3.5m 4 robinson lol) |

It shouldn't take you that long.
:P There was yes as he was like their star player when United signed him. They have to get some of the money back that they spent on crud like Kaboul.
