Inter are the latest to be linked with a move for Alonso. Dunno why he wants Barry over Alonso... |

A mate of mine told me that he and Alonso fell out or something? Would he consider playing Barry on the left though?

i think rafa has lost some confidence in alonso. his form has been patchy over the past 2 years but i still think hes better than barry. barry would be a direct replacement for alonso, so he wont come in unless alonso goes. so i dont think we will sign him, i think a winger(if thats what you want to call it) is what we need |

Inter wont buy Alonso, they already said that they have completed their buying and now just need to sell some players. Surprised that Rafa still said they are interested in Barry publicly. Could be Arbeloa that they are selling, Jimmy mentioned that he might want to move. |

how come liverpool dont have money to spend? they sold carson, kewell, crouch. those 3 together was 20m which they bought keane with and only really spended 7m on dossana. surely they cant afford to buy another top class winger without selling few of their players? |

High wage bill? I think that quite a lot of their money will be going on the stadium too, same problem that Arsenal are facing I think. |
