Scored another 2 goals tonight. Always a good bet to score in the early rounds of cup matches for some reason... |

Yeah I was wandering whether there's any need to be playing Lampard this match. They should have mixed it up a little bit, they had Ballack starting so was there a need for both?

Di Santo, Mancienne, Sahar...not sure how many of them are at the club or if they are all out on loan. Very strong line-up from Chelsea... Portsmouth FC D. James ˇ H. Hreidarsson ˇ N. Belhadj ˇ S. Distin ˇ G. Johnson ˇ N. Pamarot ˇ Y. Kaboul ˇ A. Mvuemba ˇ R. Hughes ˇ P. Crouch ˇ J. Utaka Chelsea FC P. Cech ˇ Alex ˇ J. Terry ˇ W. Bridge ˇ B. Ivanovic ˇ J. Belletti ˇ F. Malouda ˇ F. Lampard ˇ M. Ballack ˇ D. Drogba ˇ S. Kalou |

seeing as how they lost the last FA youth cup final from Mancity I'd say yes... They are from all over the globe though....Sahar is supposed to be a huge talent |

Fair play to Pompey, bit disappointed with Chelsea putting out virtually a first 11 available |

Lampard is sheer class...not as good as he was but now he is turning it on again. Talented footballers tend to score against mediocre opposition. |

Think there's only Terry, Cech and Lampard there that have played most of Chelsea's games... Drogba and Ballack just come back from injury. The rest are their backup players.

I said the 3 that have been starting regularly. Alex will only be starting because of Carvalho's injury. Belletti isn't first choice RB, Bosingwa is now. Drogba hasn't started all season I don't think, Anelka has. Ballack is first choice but he's just come back from injury so needs playing time. I don't consider Malouda first choice although he probably is. |

Yeah but which ever way you cut it they're STILL in the starting 11 from what's available (except Belletti as I said myself ).My point is that players like Ballack and Drogba understandable cos of returning from injury, but then why have Lampard there. Why have Cech, Malouda, Terry? Surely there's a few youngsters they could have played I don't know but they would have still had enough quality to beat the Pompey side Rednapp put out. |

Dutch said about them getting to the youth cup final well Arsenal have the best youngsters except they play in the reserves not the youth side
