There's an important lesson to be learnt here ladies and gentlemen...never trust a man with a bald head.

It will be a minor miacle if any team manages to break the top 4 this season.

They said today on the sunday supplement that Arsenal are vunerable to a team taking their top 4 spot when last week we were contenders for the title

Top 4 will be the top 4 and i also think Villa will finish 5th.

 That's almost as bad as fickle fans. Just shows how 1 result can affect people's opinions.

I hope Villa finish 5th but i'm not sure. They don't have great depth.

Well in their defence there was only one person who was on this weeks show that was on last weeks so there was 3 different people but its still stupid.

They have the 5th best starting 11 i think and they have got so more players e.g. Milner can't get a game  also Sidwell to come back.

And they spent 7M on a defender who can't get into the starting 11 either. Their squad is much better than last seasons.

Imagine if Young or Carew get an injury though, the others are nowhere near the same quality.

Carew gets Injured then Milner goes to the right, Young to the left and Agbonlahor upfront which to me sounds good if young gets Injured then Milner takes his place and if both get injured then they will have to worry.

i dont think aston villa will 5th. one injury to a key player and they will start dropping points. currently i dont think man city can get a 4th spot with their team atm.

Not sure about Agbonlahor upfront on his own. Milner is nowhere near as good as Young.

Have Spurs and Everton had it already?

Agbonlahor played there before it was 2 seasons ago Moore on the right, Young on the left and Agbonlahor upfront. Milner isn't far off Young imo and even if he is not as good he is good enough to fill in for him during an injury.

Spurs are the only team yet to win and i can't see them winning enough games to get 5th with the way they are playing and Everton are also playing poor and they have a weaker squad than Villa.

How did he do there? More chance of Harewood replacing Carew i'd have thought. I think Young is miles ahead of Milner, Milner just seems to have 5 minutes in the game from 90.

He did well there all 3 of them got praise for how well they done in the formation. Young is good but miles better I wouldn't say he is that much better.

Something must be wrong if Luke Moore was getting praise. :cheeky:

Young is a lot lot closer to an England call-up than Milner.

Manchester = 50% United, 31% City, 19% the rest. Manchester is RED. Always has been.

Barry can play on left for Aston Villa if Young is injured, he did it very well in MON's first season in charge. The fact their players are so versatile makes Villa very good contenders for 5th spot. Very hard to say so early on but one thing's for sure it won't be spurs.

Can't see anyone breaking the usual top 4 this season. As far as Man City is concerned I would have thought they'd be looking to break into the top 4 next season not this season. They should be looking to build/complete their squad at the end of a good 1st season under Hughes and then be ready for next season so they can not only finish top 4 but also be ready to compete in CL after.
