Still if they are in the first team they are no longer U21 players it would have been even closer than it is no if thats possible if they had played. Thats whats quite annoying with England U21 it seems beyond some players which is wrong becuase 2007 Rooney could have played in the Euro's for the U21 but didn't go yet Babel went for Holland yet I can't say anything becuase I don't think Rooney was asked.
