TBH it wouldnt suprise me if the FA took the Chelsea match into account when handing down a 4 game ban. Maybe they felt it would cause to many probs if he had to miss that match. 4 games seem about fair to me.
3 assault charges he admitted to and only 4 game ban?

the ordinary person would of gotten a much much worse sentence

errr but evra wont miss the chelsea match, it'll be his first game back from the suspension
