By skill on the ball do you mean first touch, close control etc.... ? those players have both of them but i'm not 100% sure what was meant.

No, robinho and ronaldo are more skillful then messi, but dribbling no ones better then messi
So that would be close control which is a skill which Messi has above both of them players.

I thought dribbling was part of the term Skill :unsure:
