Ramón Calderón will tomorrow announce his resignation as Real Madrid president after the recent 'rigged' Assembly scandal that has rocked the club.

Marca reports that pressure from various members of the board of directors has finally got to the president and tomorrow will be his final day in charge.

Vicente Boluda, who is currently the vice-president, will take over from Calderón.

Yeah, how have you not heard of it by now lol :o

He's the sporting director, makes all the transfers. The guy is a complete idiot. He made the fork up regarding the Huntelaar, Diarra situation for the CL. He made another fork up witha transfer with Oliveira, agian not recognising rules

He was behind the Ronaldo thing in the summer which eventually cost them Robinho. He is buying players the manager doesnt want (Ramos had to stop him from buying Pennant!!) and when Schuster wanted a striker he said he could only have Huntelaar who Schuster said he didn't want

ha ha what a joke of a club, they all come across as cowboys. I hadn't heard any of this tbh, but it's always been known they buy players the managers never want and always bring in the wrong players and get rid of the wrong players, eg. Graveson, Makelele, Solari etc...

Last years financial accounts and this years financial plan were pushed through at the assembly.

Oh they are all cowboys  They've been saying on Revista for a while that they should bring in Monchi from Sevilla to work with Ramos again...

The fans do shout "where is Kaka" at the player presentations

And all of these stories probably come from the reliable sources that are Marca and Guillem Balague.

Nope not Guillem Balague. No one said they were facts, just rumours in every Spanish newspaper.

And he resigned yesterday.

LMAO the presenter on SS before the Real Madrid game says on thursday night Calderon was insisting he would not resign amid claims of vote rigging. On Friday he resigned
