A captain has to be someone who drives the team, has excellent leadership qualities, and be and inspiration to the rest of the team. I feel that Neville was one of the worst choices to be captain, as I feel he doesn't drive the team in the same way that terry does at chelsea, gerrard does at liverpool, del piero does at Juve, and Raul does at Real. If we are to be successful, we need that consistent drive and I feel that neither Giggs or Neville provide our team with that. Who do you feel should take over for neville? |

Rooney is a liability and has the worst temprement in English football; not captain material. Discipline is required and Rooney has none. |

if he can control his actions he can lead by example because he has that natural ability that someone like gerrard who if he ticks will win the game for his team on top of this his actions will inspire his team mates |
