I was only bringing Viera up because he was a foreigner and a very good captain. Communication is ofcourse essential.

Flak ask the Irish contingent on here if they consider themselves English???? Keane was not English, unless you're saying that foreigners do make great captains as long as they're fluent in english which is fair enuff.

Yeah I probably did mean a captain whose first language was English but I also think British players have a better team spirit and togetherness as I caused an argument said a few weeks back. :ph43r:

Good communication => good english (and not every englishman has this)
English/British player preferred but not essential.
