Those are the odds for Liverpool to win the title now after last night's result.

I was surprised how big the odds were considering it's still pretty tight at the top.

It's very rare the bookmakers get it wrong...

Fair odds I'd say, who do you think is more likely to string a big run of results together Liverpool or Utd? For us to win the title it would take a major slip from Utd imo.

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship – and we will – success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once

lol Dunno about them, I saw it on Teletext this morning so it would have been one of the top bookies like Paddy Power. Just looked on Betfair and they are 11/2. United 5/8, Chelsea 9/2, Arsenal 29/1.

Everything looks rosey atm, clear at the top with a game in hand and this is shortly after being scrutinised for a crisis of some sort...amazing how quickly things have change, and realistically we should be looking to extend the gap within the next 6 games. But it's never that clear-cut, and one of the three teams mentioned will go on a good run and lengthen those odds for United I reckon.

Ah ok, just that owner of Betfred is a United fan and always gives huge odds on Liverpool to win

far better than our odds were at the start of the season though, then we were around 9/1 or longer in some places. I have seen some places that will give us 4/1 on a level peg with Chelsea.

United are undoubtedly favourites and anyone that wrote them off previously was a fool, they have come back from far worse deficits than what they had in the past and won the title. At no point this season have I said we would or believed we would take the title this season, I would utterly love to be proved wrong of course. For me its just great to be up there and in contention as its something i have not experienced for a long time, too often its been battling to keep a top 4 place. We have a damn good chance of getting at least 2nd place this season which would be a slight improvement on my hopes for us in pre season. It would mark a great progress for us and if we can improve further then we might have a shout at it next season.

They were showing this on SS News earlier.

The prem table on 15th November...

1. Chelsea Played 13, Points 32
2. Liverpool Played 13, Points 32
3. Man Utd Played 12, Points 24

Since then Liverpool and Chelsea have won only 3 out of the 9 games they've played, and United have won 7 of the 9 they've played. Both stats (for United, Liverpool, Chelsea) are incredible for different reasons...but incredible nevertheless.

That is some turn around by United. I hope it doesn't mean Liverpool and Chelsea will pick up and United go on a bad run in the future though. <_<

Not sure what's happened at Chelsea and Liverpool for them to have dropped so many points recently. :S
