Linked with a more to Villarreak today. Chelsea want €14m but Villarreal want to pay €10m. Dunno why they're after him. We wouldn't get into their team now. Probably a replacement for Pires....

Probably not that bad a player in La Liga, although with Joe Cole out for the season(so im told) doubt hes going anywhere this window

if they can sell him, then thed have about £20 mill (bridge fee) which could bring in a better winger than him

Sure one of the Chelsea fans said that on here...might have been Akuta. :S

But it'd be a bad time for him to move now unless they could get a replacement in sharpish. I'm surprised Scolari hasn't spent any of the Bridge money yet tbh.

Me. Yes Malouda wastes loads of chances shooting way over bar from distance, but fact is, when Malouda plays we win more games than when he doesnt. Before he was injured, he was topping the assist league (for Chelsea). As i said, his main prob is that he seems to just waste so many chances, but he also makes many many more. The system that Scolari plays with A Cole running up left works better with Malouda playing than without him.
