Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship – and we will – success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once

I'd probably go for Arteta myself, been just about the best set piece player in the prem this season, 5 goals and 7 assists, considering the state of the team with regards to injuries he's done well to get that far.

Vidic is a good shout.

Alonso has ticked things over nicely for 'Pool, Arteta is another good one.

I don't rate Arteta personally. On his day he can lighten up any game but he only really does it against the smaller sides and you certainly wouldn't want him alongside you in the trenches. A luxury that is not good enough for the very top level in my opinion.

thing is Arteta went through a really poor patch of about a season and a half just recently, prior to that he was amazing and attracted a lot of attention from europes biggest clubs. However he's very loyal to Everton and has turned a lot of them down. This season he's stepped back up to the plate and he's really been shining, rarely having a bad game. Evertons turn around this season has been a lot down to him and Fellani finding great form
