Aye RBS, can force a sale at what they consider a fair market price if the need be, I read somewhere that Maktouhm actually had friends very high up in RBS and that it could be why he has said he isn't interested at the moment. The idea being that he can get the club at his price if he is just patient enough |

very interesting indeed jimmy. do you think dic will come back in for us and spark a bidding war, if this kuwaiti guy has a bid accepted? that could cause chaos for the club. dont forget it was gillete that wanted to deal with dic and it seems that hicks is wanting to deal with this kuwaiti lfc, i dont think we need to spend 20m+ every season on players. dont forget theres been a few big money flops. we need a better squad players for the left wing, a better right winger, right back and possibly another cm |

possibly, but we certainly won't see anything of DIC whilst the price remains high, if it looks like a takeover from someone else is imminent then it might force them into action but otherwise I think they are playing the waiting game to see what the bank does. After persuing the club for so long I can't believe that DIC are out completely |

true after all they are clever business men. i dont think they are jimmy. i have always said they will always be lying in wait for something to happen. imagine if hicks sold to this guy and gillette sold to dic, i couldnt bare to see another power struggle at the club |

of course you do field next season we need a top class right winger and right back. in few seasons time carragher will be getting old and if agger leaves then we need a top cb. by then players like will be in their 30s nearly and we need to replace players. cant see keane lasting for long so we need to get in another striker |

if he has good top quality youngsters coming through it shouldnt be a problem lfc because they can be nurtured through the ranks whilst the older players help them. we dont need to spend 20m+ to get a quality right back and i think we can get an upgrade on kuyt for less than 20m+ |
