Also you had any confirmation he is happy to leave? I haven't seen anything.
I'm sorry goonie I just don't believe that Wenger hasn't spoken to Adebayor at all this summer before negotiating with Man City. You think this would be happening if Adebayor had already said 'no way, I'm staying riiiight here'?

And last summer I saw the conferences where Adebayor couldn't make up his mind about his future.

KJH to replace him, please ;)

The dutch duo upfront :D
 KJH to replace Ade? Would rather Vela, Bendtner, Walcott, Simpson or My Nan replaced Ade than KJH.
  He DOES know how to finish though... :p
Would still back Ade to score more goals. :ph43r: :p KJH would also push RVP back in the position behind the striker.
I don't think KJH would not be the right player for arsenal tbh... he is a great finisher, but his actual skills are not on par with the standard of most players at arsenal..... He would put in significantly more one on one goals i think... his style of play does not suit arsenal though...

Still that doesn't mean he is happy to leave. Fabregas had talks with Real Madrid a few seasons back but he said no becuase he didn't want to leave so was he happy to leave even though he turned them down? :S

So becuase a player doesn't come out and 100% commit his future he is off? If thats the case we can kiss good bye to half our squad every summer. <_<

in the current market adebayor should be worth near 30mil, if we sell for 20, its another example of arsenal fc being a soft touch in the transfer market.

Maybe Fabregas had talks with Real Madrid TO tell them no... (what? i can hope!) All that example suggests is that club-to-club negotiation comes AFTER the player has made a decision. Did you at that point see Arsenal negotiating with RM?

If Adebayor isn't happy to leave he only has to say the word (well, words), and you know this goonie. If Arsenal are in talks with Man City and Adebayor wants to stay that only means one thing: Arsenal have severe money issues and need the cash.

And don't try and twist s**t with me, I do it better than you :p Half our squad isn't this strongly linked with another club every summer

ade would be a cracking buy, him tevez and robinho in attack would frighten the living bejesus out of practically any team! City really are looking like they have to be taken seriously for the top 4, I know people will say that they need to Gel first but theres nothing that says they can't do that fairly quickly

What about if Milan hear this and make a bid for Adebayor? Maybe he would choose them over City, living in Italy and playing in the Champions League etc.

Feeling sorry for Cruz? Nah, I'm glad. I said I wanted him to rot on the bench all season when he wasn't injured. Then for him to make a sub appearance against Rovers first match of the season at Ewood, miss a penalty, score an own goal and do his cruciates... so the first part of my wishes may come true anyway :D
