Two players that are past their best but which one would you prefer if offered them both in their current states? Saha for me. He's two-footed, good in the air and he has more pace than Owen. Let battle of the crocks commence. |

I would rather Saha as i think he offers more as a striker than owen with his pace and power and he is decent in the air, owen is more of a poacher and needs better people around him to get the chances |

Saha, though Owen is far less injury-prone. Saha was explosive, had a great strike, a sweet left-foot and a fantastic touch, both with feet and with chest. Aerially good and very silky. |

if saha could have stayed fit he would have scored 30+ goals a season along with ronaldo 2 years ago. it was 15 before christmas |

Definitely Saha. He's faster has two feet and good in the air. Saha is the type of forward that can succeed without quality service, look at how he succeeded at fulham and now everton. Owen is good, but his effectiveness is purely dependent on the service he gets because he's a poacher. He's the type of player that could hit 30+ goals for a top team, but only for a top team. |

Saha for me. If he stayed fit for a whole season then he would be one of the best strikers in the prem league. |

people are forgetting we are comparing strikers. Give them the same team, Owen will score more goals imo, even though he has lost that yard of pace (which made him world class). Owen has the knack at being at the right place at the right time. |
