Well there the only club putting money into improving there squad at the moment
Man City finished last season the weakest team with Top 4 aspirations. You guys needed to spend more money than anyone to improve the squad. But all the money City has pumped into its attack does not give it more direction than the other clubs :rolleyes:

Maybe the most ambitious in terms of improvng is what I think you meant...

The other top four have bought players but they don't need as much improvement so it's obvious they are not going to spend as much.
