Been appointed permanent Portsmouth manager. I can now see him being the first one sacked next season. Doesn't fill me with confidence.

Yep, they would have been waiting for the new ownership to come through which it did today. It isn't a signing that shouts ambition out to me.

Paul Hart is very experienced, he has been out of first team management for a while before Pompey, but he will be aware of what needs to be done.

Could he end up like Roy Hodgson and pull a few gems out of the mire?

Who has he managed before? :S

 Finnan. They need young players to replace all of the old ones like Kanu, Campbell, James...

He managed Chesterfield, Leeds youth side and Nottingham Forest.

he develped jenas and prutton at forest mate.

hes supossedly bid for james perch and wes morgan from his old team forest and if hes going for these players then surely portsmouth are going down for sure

Jenas went from Leeds to Newcastle. He never played for Forest.

Prutton's been at Leeds his whole career.
