Crespo is a bit of a Serie A legend really, only 34. Pity Mourinho wouldn't let him go last summer

Maybe, would'nt back them though

milan are finished unless

a. they change their structure, bring in a top quality manager with experience and change their policy of giving the job to ex players. give the manager total control to bring in players

b. bring in a experienced and top class chief executive who has a clue about football and can buy well

Yup, why wouldn't he let him go when they brought in Milito and Eto'o? :S

No faith. They'll beat Bari.

also they need a huge investment in the club

really do need about 8 new players in the first 11

They need a keeper and pace in their team. Pato aside they have no pace at all so it's easy to defend against them

disagree

in seria a i think you can get away without having pace, look at chelsea in the pl, the only really quick players they got is their lb and rb

they need a new manager and a change in their system in how they buy players. their cheif executive is a tool, that is the main problem. the owner is also very stupid in how he has ran the club

Well they can't do anything until next summer now so atm, Leonardo, must make the best of what he's got. There are talented players at AC Milan and this is the way perrsonally they should line up for the remainder of this season. The problem for me is the midfield and attack as 3 goals in 5 Serie A games proves.

.................................Huntelaar...................

..........................Pato---Pirlo---Abate...........

.........................Flamini---Gattuso...............

...........Janku---Nesta---Silva---zambro........

Here is why. Pirlo is best when linking up midfield to attack... putting him in that central role will bring much more fluidity to the attack. Also unlike Ronaldinho he will drop and defend into the midfield and not push up too much.

Pato on LW like how henry is a LW or RVP for Holland, or even Ronaldo as a winger, all score alot from that position because of intelligent movement and runs, Pato would be no different.... Ideally you put him in a 2 man striker partnership but Milan lack the midfield to play that way at present, so they need to find different ways.... Pirlo passes great to left, and with Pato's movement he should get alot of goals. He prefers to float our left anyhow, is good at crossing with his left but easily can cut in and shoot with his right. Abate is more of your English style winger, but now you have got pace running both sides for Pirlo to pick on a counter....

Defensively, pirlo will drop back some and abate will defend more than say pato, it'll almost reflect 4-4-2 flamini, pirlo, gattuso, abate.

Its unbalanced i suppose but imo it would get best out of the current squad.

more of a hope formation that is i feel ricky

since you do know more than me about milan,. i do agree with

.........................Flamini---Gattuso...............

...........Janku---Nesta---Silva---zambro........

these 6 at the back

but i think they should line up 4-2-2-2-1 formation, play ugly football and use the middle till the summer. then force the owner, manager and chief executive out :ph43r:

i would go with
..........................Hunt.........................

..............Ronny....................Pato.................

.................Guttuso.........Flamini......................

.............................Pirlo................................

...........Janku---Nesta---Silva---zambro........

thing is they need pirlo to start off attacks but with one up top even tho ronny is finished he can still play the killer ball

:lies: They aren't better. Inter will overtake them soon enough. Inter and Juventus will be the top 2...

I thought Trezeguet had had it there and they were after getting rid.

Iaquinta was rested, CL against Bayen during the week so Trez started.

The Sampi coach replaced him at Porto in '04 and lasted only 15 days, Mourinho had a pop at him over that. He's under pressure in the CL really Mourinho, has only won twice with Inter in it
