1-0 FT at Olympiakos. I haven't seen much of Olympiakos but no one will be afraid to play them next, based on that performance. Not a bad performance from Arsenal at all, some really good play between the youngsters but really, chances have got to be taken. |

Yup, not a good one. They said it's since the international break when your players got injured. ![]() Agree about Olympiakos, have t be one of the weaker teams in the draw. |

olympiakos are really really bad. dominated by arsenal u-20's. pity vela bottled it tonight. ramsey was immense tonight dominated the game and merida was diff class aswell. fabianski impeccible performance also. walcott was dire again but the runs he makes are good in fairness. wilshere was crap. vela looks exhausted, really disappointed with his finishing but he makes great runs. cruise looked shaky but seems to have a good left boot. gilbert is crap. bartley looks good but seriously lacks pace. sunu looked good for the 10mins he had. overall a great performance but again we were let down by the finishing |

It's just for dramatic effect really aint it. That's why they won't go 'fifth defeat in 15 games' instead |

Think I heard that the Liege goalkeeper scored a fantastic equaliser in the 93rd minute to get them a draw and book them a place in the Europa League. Looking forward to seeing that

I've been disappointed with Wilshere's last few performances tbh. I wonder if all the hype has got to him. Walcott these days looks like he's just trying not to get injured. I rate Sunu and he always looks good, hopefully he and Sanchez can make the step up together. |

Better than Barcelona and Madrid I guess. The Milan's aren't all that tbh. Yep Walcott was pretty dissapointing but then he was in the Summer for England under 21s too so dunno what's going on there. |

Two problems with Walcott right now: 1) he looks afraid, he really needs to go a long period of playing and not being innjured so he can relax 2) The managers are all still experimenting with him and I feel for him because he doesn't have a position. |

Yup I guess so but will he get regular games with all of the wingers that Arsenal have? I think he should still be used on the wing, he's still learning and it's probably the position he knows the best. |

He says he would prefer to play upfront and I think Wenger won't keep him there permanently but playing upfront is something he'd have to be eased into with another striker and he and RvP haven't been fit together for long enough to at least try it. Walcott has the pace and before, he had the confidence. He doesn't right now though so he'll have to stay on the wing. Luckily for him Rosicky doesn't stay fit either so he'll get playing time
