twice you have replied to that post cesc :S

I think tonight we could nick a win. Play Mcarthy, Kalinic and Ollson from the start and leave out Andrews and we are in with a chance. No 451 s**t either. Simple 442 and we have a chance. Unlucky not to score against Villa but also lucky they didnt run away with it in the first half at ewood.

The plan for a neutral is an early Blackburn goal, I cant see them getting anything though
Yeah I agree with you. It really depends on the team Allardyce plays. If he starts with the team that finished against Fulham we could get something - Hoillet and Olsson down the left side would cause absolute havoc (against most teams) with their sheer pace and then their skill. McCarthy linked up superbly with both of them. Kalinic should be a definite starter, he's been awesome even with limited service as his workrate is probably higher than Robbie Savage's! Although he has far more skill than Savage (although even my Grandad does...). Basically, if he puts the right team out, we have a chance of matching them and maybe nicking a goal and bringing the game back. If he doesn't play these players I've mentioned we'll be lucky to lose 2 or 3-0, let alone get a goal back and give them a game. These seem to be the only players with pace and the ability to pass a ball

If Allardyce wants to give us any chance of winning we should start:

Robinson

Chimbonda - Samba - Nelson - Olsson

Emerton - Dunn - N'Zonzi - Hoillet

Kalinic - McCarthy

Subs: Bunn (GK), Jones, Salgado, Givet, Andrews, Di Santo, Diouf

Yeah. We've half a chance as Givet isn't quite as slow as Jacobsen, but I still think the partnership of Hoillet and Olsson would be best down the left. Pedersen in CM? I'm not so sure about that but I'll give him a chance... I think I'd prefer Pedersen in RM and Emerton in CM but we'll have to judge that watching the match. I'd like McCarthy in the team but he probably isn't fit enough to play 2 games in a week

Hoillet isn't starting and that's a concern as he's been by far our most creative player recently when he's started, but Olsson can do a great job too and I'm glad to see him getting a run of games when he's playing well. We could nick something but I'm not too confident. I'll tell you in about half an hour to three quarters of an hour if I think we've any chance of getting anything at all as it all depends whether or not Allardyce decides to let them play the ball on the floor... :p
