absolute terrible from our defence there. Absolute terrible, Benjani stood on edge of box with no marker what so ever. Disgusting. fork Off Allardyce, thats school boy errors.
That's not Allardyce's fault. That's the players - it shouldn't matter hwat manager you have or even if you have a manager at all - as a professional footballer you should know not to let a player run at the edge of your box.

We just have to accept that they're so much better than us. For fork's sake, our team was assembled for less than £20m I think at the last time of checking so its no surprise that we can't do anything. What's more worrying is when we can't do anything against the teams around us, although lately we've been playing relatively well and failing to score.

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship – and we will – success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once

City are winning but Blackburn at still.......er......very very tall *grin*

City still don't look that great at the back but the problem is that Balckburn look even worse trying to build up an attack. Sam could always stick Samba up top :ph43r:

Or he could put Emerton in central midfield and Dunn on the wing and Kalinic upfront, subbing Kalinic for Andrews. Or he could put Hoillet on the pitch and Emerton in central midfield for Andrews, bringing Kalinic on after 60 minutes when Dunn gets tired. Or he could bring McCarthy on and go 4-3-3.

The point is, we have options but Andrews just doesn't work in midfield alongside N'Zonzi and we have nothing in central midfield going forward, thus we either have to go down the wings and so often lose the ball or go long ball.

yes that might be the case, but we would struggle to get a win at other teams like this so far this season. admittedly blackburn do not really look to be up for it

We probably have one eye on the cup match in midweek, which is totally the wrong attitude.

ah come on Dutch since Mancini's taken over you've played Stoke, Wolves, Boro and now Blackburn. In your games to come (apart from the CC semi against Utd) you've got Scunthorpe, Everton, Portsmouth, Hull, Bolton and Stoke. It's an easy run at the start of Mancini's tenure and I'm sure he will be hailed as a success without taking that into consideration :S
always remember you're unique - just like everyone else
