Bringing on AA with five mins left and Maxi with like 10 mins left probably weren't the best decisions when Liverpool were clearly clinging on
When he is negative he is blamed when he is offensive he gets blamed...... :cheeky:
When he is negative when Liverpool need a goal, yes he gets blamed. When he is offensive with the opposition piling on the pressure, yes he might just get blamed for that too. It's all risk taking but if it doesn't work someone's gonna point it out really

OMFG@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@'

fork YOU fork THIS s**t

HOW ARE WE SO UNLUCKY

KUYT FFS@@@
Any need for that LFC?

Who are you blaming for this?
kuyt, i am furious

the players are a disgrace, not fit to wear the shirt
No blaming Rafa or Lucas then? Ithought Lucas was good today.
good off the ball

work hard but they have been doing that all season

you must have players go can do good work on the ball as well tho mate. we just didnt have a player to create a chance with a great pass or players to use their speed to get past defenders
I thought he did well, on it and off it. Stepped up to a more attacking role than usual IMO.

The ball came across the box, was headed back across it and bounced in the box and during all this our keeper is standing on the line, He simply should be dealing with that like he did all game
do you blame rafa for that or the players?
end of the day a manager lives and dies by the results
 whatever.

why did the players run to the ball and leave the back stick unmarked? we had 9 defenders on the pitch you think one of them would of had the audacity to do some defending

They were hardly attacking subs really - A wide player for a wide player and a midfielder on for a striker.

Just putting fresh legs out there to try and keep hold of the ball better.

unfair on blaming Reina for the goal. he dealt with everything admirably. the goal happened through higginbothams desire and excellent header

I thought he did well, on it and off it. Stepped up to a more attacking role than usual IMO.
its a role he is better suited to, plays far better with a bit of space. Lucas' main problems come when he is in the centre or towards the back of the midfield and getting hurried on the ball, he doesnt have much in the way of composure and a little pressure makes him screw up. Give him more time on the ball and he makes far better decisions (i know that might sound obvious for anyone but it works in my mind!) Obviously its not a position he is going to get much playing time in as we would usually have Gerrard, Benayoun, AA et al all ahead of him in that position.

Did well today and I think he deserves to get praised for it, god knows he has to put up with enough stick when he doesnt perform.

Also gotta give plaudits to Kyriagkos too, potentiall our best player on the pitch, done well at the back and good prescence of mind to put the pressure on to get us our goal

The tactics were fine, it was a desire from the player to get the flick on and then the desire from Huth to knock it in. That and with all the defenders on no one tracked him. NOT RAFAS FAULT TODAY imo.
