Agreed mate, he impressed me today. Made his presence known in a differing role that I have seen him in before. Fair play to the lad. :pukesatpraisingaRAFAsigning:

I think he would do well at another club playing that role where he can get time there playing more consistantly, in fact I reckon a team like stoke could be ideal for him to hone his skills
Yeah, definetly impressive in the advanced role. I think under an attacking manager he would do very well.

we now must win against spurs, we just have to
You had to win that anyway IMO.
im just looking for a bone

personally we got no chance of making the top 4 but trying my best to be positive.

liverpool fc is finished unless major overhaul is done
Positive... Your the most negative LFC fan I know.
You seem to support Liverpool more at the moment than LFC does
OI, listen Papa I like you but dont say that again. :ph43r:

You know you have a soft spot for Liverpool really ;)

it doesnt matter if you believe it or not LFC, no matter how we are doing I will keep having the belief that the club can get there because i support this club through thick and thin. I can't personally change the manager, I can't personally change the players or their attitudes but I can keep believing and I can keep supporting this club, simples

of course i am supporting but realism is needed jimmy

any other big club big changes would have been made

you need to ask yourself this, "do i believe with our current team including the coaches etc we can make the top 4?"

my answer is an easy no

things are changing, liverpool are going back to how we used to be, competing in the uefa cup
no

its just the way it is, i have always through my life been an optimist, I can't stand the defeatist attitude personally, all doom and gloom will bring you down in life. I've supported this club for nigh on thirty years now, i've seen the best of times and the worst of times. I've seen the souness years for god sake! I've seen the houllier years and now I witness what could be the latter stages of the benitez years, but through all of it I have continued to believe in the club and support it to the full extent of my ability, the day I stop believing and supporting is the day I give up on football all together

you seen those 2 era's? we didnt make the change soon enough and they killed the club imo

do you think the benitez era is leading to the same path of destruction? you should able to answer that imo if you seen it all
no

souness only got 3 years, he just did his work quickly

You know my answer LFC, i'm not sure how many times I have to keep repeating it, no I dont think Rafa is the manager to take us foward, but I have never believed that sacking a manager mid season is the right decision, no point in debating that with me as we have done this many times before and my belief still remains the same.

I dont believe rafa is good enough to win the title, I do think he has enough in him to get 4th spot and I dont think that another mananger at this stage of the season is going to be some kind of miracle that changes our fortunes. A new manager cant suddenly heal Torres, a new manager cant give Benayoun new ribs or fix a grade 3 ;) tear for johnson.

We take stock in the summer, thats my stance and thats how it remains.
