It's nearly Christmas
Confirmed nothing will be done about Gallas...

However, it is understood referee Alan Wiley at the time viewed the challenge as two players coming together, and so allowed play to continue, no separate disciplinary proceedings can be implemented, as the FA do not re-official matches.

Coyle was less than impressed by the challenge.

He said: "The second goal was the big turning point.

"Clearly it was a foul, and closer to a red card. It was akin to assault and it changed the game.

"However, the fact is the referee has not seen it, and the lad is prostrate on the ground, and Arsenal being full of fair play as we keep hearing, have carried on scored an equaliser. That is hard to take.

"I don't want to sit here and make excuses, but I have seen red cards for less."

I can understand him being p***ed but he's chatting s**t. NOBODY ever says Arsenal are full of fair play, not even Arsenal. The supporters only go on about one thing - the football being pretty. Everyone else goes on about how weak we are and how French we are and how Wenger never sees anything.

hes a clown. hes team are a bunch of hackers, they do it week in week out. they can dish it out and not take it back. He should concentrate on his side conceding 4 goals after being 2-0 up after 44mins. hope they get relegated tbh, they are a joke of a team!

And if the boot was on the other foot, you would be up in arms about it.

It was a poor challenge, very poor, and seen players get red for it before. Coyle has a right to express his frustration. Wenger would've done the same if it was vice versa. Ditto, SAF, ditto Rafa, ditto Carlo, ditto 'Arry...

if the boot was on the other foot id realise it was an accident. clearly an accident so i wouldnt be up in arms dont assume you know how i would react.

at the end of the day his team fell apart he should concentrate on rectifying the situation. even if we didnt get that goal, the way it was going we still would have won

As I said, I can understand him being p***ed but the ref made a mistake, not Arsenal.
