well they said the next 4 games will decide arsenal's season but seems like quite a few think it's been decided already?

So is it Champions League or nothing then?
Champions League? No way, without a decent striker. Even then, it's unlikely. You have to be able to stand up to the top teams to win that and with all respect to Man United, we didn't even come up against the best attack Europe has to offer today.

My opinion.

Oh and Vermaelen MOTM imo. Nani was a very close second.

Plus, when the pressure's on, when the games are big, we're not really giving a great impression of ourselves. We snuck back up on United and Chelsea last month, when the pressure was off and people stopped looking our way. It's like we only do well in the dark

Arsenal crack under the pressure, that's why so may people say they won't challenge for the title. All well and good beating teams when the heats off but turning out performances like today when it matters shows why people have that view.

holyshit. shearer got 100 goals in 125 appearances. thats forking crazy
 that's so random
rooney scored 100 and they showed the caption with the fastest to 100. shearer was top, thiery second, wrighty 3rd. 100 in 125 will never ever be beaten. took rooney 247
Torres will push that record close mate. 50 goals in 72 games so far. Reckon if he has an injury free season next 2 seasons ( ) then it will be close.

Definitely... the pressure won't be back off now til we've played Liverpool and that run of games is over but you wouldn't be surprised to see Arsenal flourish again, having being written off. The only problem is, we'll end up spending the rest of the league hoping United and Chelsea drop points at the same time. You don't need to do a double over Chelsea and United to win the league but that's an edge of six points we've given United and in all honesty it could well be the same for Chelsea. That's a strong edge.

How we even got to the top of the table for a couple of days is beyond me when I see those kind of performances.

I see LM and Stacie you're saying without a decent striker but with Eduardo, Bendtner and Arshavin, the sriker situation will be sorted by the time the CL starts again. I also think Walcott with a few more games will come good.

that was shockingly easy, the problem arsenal have is, if fabregas doesnt create or score from the middle then who else well?

song and denilson for sure wont, they need another top player, kinda the same problem liverpool have, take out gerrard and you take our the the team. same with arsenal, fabregas didnt have his best game and arsenal just got well to be frank humiliated in front of their own fans. it was just so easy for united, i never expected this

From your own perspective, Ted, do you think those 4 are good enough?

Sure the lack of striker will be fixed, bot will they have as good enough one in place to do the business?

Tbh, I just think today was a bad day. It's not like none of these guys can score goals but today the players were all too frantic. Arshavin was a tad greedy at the start of the game and all those chances went beggin. I think today the players all lost composure on the wrong day and came up against a strong defence. Not a great combo.

Shame for the neutral as well, cos Arsenal can make it a better battle than that.

I'm usually glued to SSN on deadline day, but I'll not bother this year, because Arsene is too stubborn to go out and spend £20million+ on a player who could be the difference between winning something and not.

Absolute bullshit from Ferguson again then, no Anderson and no Vidic. That defence is going to get murdered.

3 or 4-1 to Arsenal
Are you totally on the wind up lately? Tryin to create more hate between the Arsenal and the Man United fans? I GOT MY EYE ON YOU TED!
 no I'm being serious. He was supposed to be playing Anderson and Vidic or so he said so what's with Park and Rafael? Agree totally with playing Nani, but that defence with Brown as CB and Rafael at RB is gunna get whooped.

The only thing Utd can rely on is that Song and Vermaelen get tired as the game goes on but thats about it really. I'm not a wind up lol.

Fantastic United. To say im happy is an understatement. Couldve been more on another day. Think Carrick was brilliant.
