Lovely jubbly :D

Agger fouled Bendy in the box, no penalty. Although Bendtner did not need to fall so dramatically. Gerrard dives (again), Cesc handles the ball outside the box, Liverpool crying. What goes around comes around, referee wasn't consistent at all tonight.

Thought Liverpool would have tried harder than that. Babel looked well dangerous, Gerrard looked like he wanted to get home cos he had better things to do.

Have to say Arsenal rode their luck tonight. We looked more likely to concede when we had an extra defensive player on.
bedtnar dived ;)

he was on his way down (again)

as did many other players from BOTH teams
Contact was there though, they've been given. I suppose I'd be whinging if it was given against my team but if the defender does make contact and doesn't get the ball you're always in danger. Agger didn't get the ball and did get the player. As I said though, Bendy did fall dramatically, Gerrard showed him how to do it and get a result.

Liverpool started well so if i was a pool fan I'd be disappointed they didn't carry on like that.
thats not the point

if a player is falling down before contact is made then it simply is not a foul

i said the same last season with a smiler incident so i aint just saying it because its arsenal
no

You do know the freekick wasn't for the Gerrard dive but for the slightly less dive-like Kuyt, right?
I did not

But I just saw that too and I believe that would have been incredibly generous also.

Hmm, perhaps you're right. If I gave a crap I'd give it a 4th look.

Yea, it was generous but at least it wasn't as pathetic a dive as the one Gerrard did

What did he say? Something personal? Managers cuss the refs every week but there's a line you can't cross and I hope fabregas didn't.

to be fair they probably did because while it was an even game and could have gone either way they were far more positive

rafa was a total coward tonight

babel should hold his head up high with his little performance, did 10 times better than any of our other attacking defenders i mean players

Babel looked hot when he came on. He looked energetic and ready to take the Arsenal defenders on. He should feel sick as a dog if he doesn't get more time in your next game.
