ball was stationary, fabianski, campbell and half the arsenal team should have reacted quicker

You expect half the team who is in the other half of the field (after the blatent penalty claim) run half the length of the pitch within 11 seconds?

Thats no excuse though for poor performance.

Just keep switched on to the situation! The players all know that a quick freekick can be given...

what about the ref having his back turned, when the kick was taken, and also it bieng taken before he indicated it was a indirect free kick, agree the keeper should have been more alert, but the reffing was poor again.

what more do people want, he follows the letter of the law all the way through except perhaps not lifting his arm in time, blame the players, they stupid backpass, fabianski picking up the ball when he shouldn't. As for suggesting the players couldn't get there, there must have been a good few arsenal players closer to the incident than the ref was, keep alert and get your arse back to the goal for the potential free kick to follow rather than sauntering around.

Yes the ref was obnoxious, yes the ref was possibly even arrogant for not offering the courtesy of the whistle to arsenal, but no the ref did not break the laws of the game, it's not being poor, its being an @rsehole thats all. Can't punish a ref because he's a bit of a t1t.

I'm glad. After our match where Fabregas made everyone wait half an hour before we could take any free kick, justice you rat.

but its getting a bit nit picking to be honest, he did everything else right bar potentially raise his arm, where he screwed up was not awarding arsenal a penalty prior to it

The ref didn't know what was going on when it was taken and Arsenal players didn't know what was going on before it was taken. The ref let it go because he had to, even if there was something wrong he wouldn't have seen it anyway.

With Fabianski trying to hold onto the ball and the ref telling him to give it up, Sol would have had to clone himself a few times to get a decent enough defence for it. The other players weren't screwed on.

Very poor on both sides.
