..........V..........![]() Aston Villa and Manchester United have both reached the Carling Cup Final which will be shown on BBC this Sunday. United are hoping to put a consecutive Carling Cup win under their belts and a hopeful revenge for Villa's 94 league cup win. United are without Nani, Rio, Giggs, Anderson, O'Shea and Hargreaves. Fergie faces a battle with his three keepers, it hasn't been decided who will play. Villa are possibly without Petrov, who is battleing a virus to play, but besides that have a full squad for the game. Phil Dowd Referees |

![]() Yeah I agree, lifting the trophy might make them hungry for more though and give that extra bit of effort i nthe remaining competitions...I guess you could say the same about losing it as well though now that I think about it. I hope it's an entertaining game anyway, it should be with these two involved if the managers just say go out and go for it. |

we should be hungry for more regardless of what we have or have no won ![]() yeah should be a good game judging by the premier league games against them. i do think that villa should focus on winning the FA Cup and leave this one for us though. they cant be greedy

It's at Wembley so the chances of it being a great game are very slim. |

They best not set up defensively to nullify each other. Michael Owen to score the winner.

It has to be a bit of a worry if Rooney plays all of this game. He is on fire atm but surely he needs a rest sooner or later

petrov already confirmed he will play. and you should focus on the league and champions league, let somebody else win the domestic cups n id say it will be entertaining, villa dont usually do boring games, although i wish they would sometimes brilliant if its penos, play friedel for 120 mins, then bring on guzan to save all the pens
