He hit it into the ground which made it difficult for keeper to save. Ball went in to the net. Prove that I think you saying that is all the proof I need. You know there is no possible way to prove that so you say that rather than even trying to deny it.

I can't believe Arsenal pulled that out. The six minutes came from the injury to Zayatte. He was down for a while getting treatment. Nice one Bendy, and after I cussed Denilson, the breakthrough came from his shot

Exactly you cant prove it, I have said on occasions if Torres has scored a scruffy goal and I will say it again if he ever decides to score again . He had a poor connection and was lucky it went in is all im saying

A scruffy goal is completely different from a 'terrible finish' |

My hands are still shaking! Arsenal were poor tonight, I'm not even gonna lie. Denilson, apart from his shot at the end which led to the goal, did nothing today. He was just.... there. Some people will say, well that's the sign of a championship winning team... perhaps but still, Arsenal came close tonight to embarrassing themselves. The positive is that they kept going and kept plugging away and maybe you can't ask more than that on a bad day. As for Hull, total shite. I can usually understand teams away from home being very cautious and choosing to defend, especially if the team they're playing is playing really well. But tonight, Arsenal were not all that, not even close and Hull were at home. I'd be so disappointed if I was a Hull supporter tonight. Arsenal looked, as usual, vulnerable at the back when tested, yet Brown chose to hang on for a point instead of going for the win. Really sorry kind of performance. |

How can you expect them to go for the win when they had to play the whole second half a man light? It was a great effort to hang in there for as long as they did, as poor as Arsenal were.

Perhaps I'm being harsh - the defending thing almost worked out well for them - but with Arsenal being so poor tonight and that extra man advantage not being visible you would have thought Hull would show a bit of ambition. For the last few minutes of the game Arsenal looked a bit shaky because Hull were really going for it again. Campbell especially looked a bit tired and sluggish and Arsenal just didn't look slick at all, not even on the break. I dunno I just think that Hull had to take a chance today because the team they were playing did not display a gulf in quality that Hull needed to be afraid of. |

You are. My opinion of course. I just can't understand why you think a team of that calibre with 10 men could take the game to Arsenal, they'd struggle doing it with 11... I think if Hull did do that then it would play into Arsenal's hands for the counter leaving them more space to exploit. The one thing I will say is I think it was a mistake bringing Altidore off as he seemed the only one that could run with the ball and take players on. I guess Hull were settling for what they had at that point though, try to be as compact as possible. |

Yeah Boateng sent off about 43 minutes. Should probably have been sent off before that too... His 3rd red card against Arsenal.

I can see your point flakbaby but I think you're thinking of the teams' reputations rather than the way they played tonight. Before they really settled for the point, Hull didn't look that bad and as you said, Altidore would have given them problems. If Hull were being completely battered from the start of the second half I'd say 'yeah, they were right to close it up at the back' but they really weren't. In fact, Arsenal started to look better when Hull changed it up. More of the team could help with attacking without having to worry too much about defending. |
