No this is why we should have. This is why the CL was our best chance of winning a trophy.

A whole seasons work thrown away in a forking shitty week :(

 Monty got owned

Anyway, very disappointing result. Nothing really went our way today. Nani was useless. Berbatov played well as did Giggs and Scholes

At the risk of sounding like a scouser, how fergie must rue the day he criticised Wiley :( Weve barely got a decision since.

Changing my tune since 2008.
United didn't play too well but I think more credit needs to be given to Blackburn in that we restricted United to very little. N'Zonzi played fantastically in the centre of midfield and once again Phil Jones played outstandingly well in the centre of defence. We offered little going forward but didn't really have to - a draw was a fantastic result for us. United had a lot more possession and many more shots, but I'd seriously question how much that possession was made to count for and how many of those shots were actually decent opportunities.

A clean game from Rovers too, nobody can claim we 'fought' for the result - quite the opposite in fact. As evidenced by Ferdinand's karate kick on Kalinic in the second half which went unpunished.

I said for a long time Ewood Park would be a difficult place for United to come. We gave Chelsea a point and we gave your lot a point - all's fair there! Now... Phil Jones for England? Surely at least he should be playing at U19 or U21... he's never had a call up for either yet.
