I think 3D has the capabilities, but it needs a lot of work from the pubs, forgot to see its limited by the distance you are away from the tv as well.

So for now normal HD tv is better. I wonder if cinemas would get in on the act and start showing footy at the weekends.

not the point i was making. was a bit unclear sorry...just meant when people drink they get even more rowdy than before. football causes a lot of emotion as im sure you know. alcohol only makes it worse. i can just see it now...people ripping up seats and throwing things at the screen...
