Carrick, Raphael and Fabio all trained today. JOS will need to be on the right but I hope he plays Fabio on the left, it's worth a punt with Ferreira playing. He's also confirmed Owen and Rooney will both play 45 mins. Not sure if I want them playing together but that's what he did against LOI so I expect the same again. Hopefully if they play 45 mins that means he'll give some time to Berba and Chico. More about the performance than the result for me. |

2-1 to Man United. Rooney, Nani and Lampard. (I had a strong strong feeling to say Joe Cole would score for Chelsea. Is my football clock just way behind or something???) Chelsea will score first. Lampard, in the 27th minute. Then Nani will score second in the 37th minute but his goal will be wrongly disallowed for offside. Two minutes later though, Rooney will score, and the commentators will yell "now THAT one counts!" It will get to the 76th minute, the game having gone a bit stale, but out of nowhere Nani will score a stunner. One of those ones where you're like this for a second ![]() Chelsea will get a player sent off in the 81st minute. After the success of my predictions last season (shush, all of you) I shall be making them much more detailed to give myself a challenge. It really was too easy for me last year. |

Hang on, is Nani still injured, because if he is that kinda poses a small problem for my prediction

nope he's fit and played half a pre-season friendly. I'm not sure he's going to do too much tomorrow tbh. |
