WBA were shite, and Chelsea took full advantage. goblins.
And you lot wouldnt have if you had been in the same scenario?
Let's hope so. WBA kept it 1-0 for a long time but as soon as the 2nd went in they dropped their load and just collapsed. I hope they do the same with us and then we should bang in a few too.

Just watching the highlights. Hart's save from that Ekotto deflected volley was unbelievable.

And Phil Jones bossing the midfield  The guy will be in the England squad before long, he is phenomenal. Started this season like he finished the last (actually a little better and more confidently) and he is as good going forward as he is at the back. He will be a utility player but one who is challenging for a starting place at CB by the next World Cup if he keeps this up and should be in the squad for the Euros in 2012.

Only problem is, I'm not sure whether or not he'll still be a Blackburn player by then, though with the new financial backer we probably won't need to be a selling club and the guy is a Blackburn lad.

Kalinic was fantastic and took the goal well - it wasn't an easy chance and it was a poacher's instinct.

Yeh, read some great reports on both Jones and Kalinic today.

Also, we apparently turned down a £9million bid for Jones recently.

£9million  Somebody's trying to take us for mugs.

The lad is one of our first team regulars and has the potential to be one of the best defenders in the world. He's a defender and a midfielder and he's only 18. £9million might sound like a lot but it woul dbe daylight robbery compared to his actual future value. £15-£20m would be the minimum, and even then the new owner wouldn't want us selling best players as he'll be supplying money to ensure we don't have to sell them.

£4million up front I believe. Not that I even agree with that price  I'm not doubting the lads ability but he's only played a handful of first team games! Asking for £20million is a bit steep considering.
