A lot of pressure in this job I wonder whether he's up to it we'll certainly find out it may well be his last chance to crack top line management, it's either succeed at Notts County or become another dud pundit.

Newly appointed Notts. County manager Paul Ince has signed his son, Thomas, and fellow Liverpool reserve player Stephen Darby on loan until the new year.

Ince Jr made his Liverpool debut as a substitute in the League Cup defeat to Northampton, while Darby has made a handful of first team appearances but last season spent the last few months of the campaign on loan at Swindon Town.

Ince is an attacking left winger, Darby a solid right back.

County’s boss Paul Ince, who captained Liverpool in the late 90′s said, “I’ve just brought my son in from Liverpool, not because he’s my son but because he’s a very good player.”

“I’ve brought in Stephen Darby who spent all last year at Swindon and played in the play-off final.”

“So fresh faces, a bit of youth. You’ve got to have that mixture of experience and youth. That’s the cocktail I want at this club.”

It must be quite hard to be the managers son. If you play badly and get picked again the next week people will be quick to say you are only in the team coz of your dad etc.

Tom Ince is decent player but I doubt he'll make it very far with Liverpool. Could do well at Notts County though.
