Rooney returned from America last Saturday so I expect him to be in contention to play in this game. Rio went off last night for England as he fet his hamstring was a bit tight, I can see him sitting this one out aswell as a precaution. Rafael should be back too from his injury. ----------------------------VDS Rafael----------Smalling-------Vidic---------Evra- Nani------------Scholes-------Fletcher---------Obertan --------------------Berbatov----Chico------------------- Obertan deserves a start after his recent performances ahead of Park who is completely useless. Scholes back from suspension is a massive boost as Carrick & Fletch were an absolute disgrace against Villa. Hopefully we finish this game off early and take him off and keep him for the midweek game against Rangers. Berbatov needs to improve on his recent performances and hopefully bag a goal to boost his confidence. Prediction: 2-0 |

Smalling & Rio still need to be assessed as they both have groin strains. Rafael & Giggs are still doubtful but Rooney may make the bench. |

rooney was sent to america to get some fitness, he has been back for a week now but still isnt ready to play tomrrow? but can on wednesday? i think fergie just doesnt want to throw him back straight into a home game. i have no doubt that park will start, and i have a feeling macheda might make the starting 11. either way i predict a 3-1 for united, but it will be a close game. |

He isn't ready to start according to Fergie but should make the bench. I'll be gutted if Park starts Macheda scored twice for the Italina u21s team during the week so he is probably in with a shout.

What's the situation with Anderson, it's been almost 3 weeks what strain of flu's he got? I've seen ppl recover quicker from the Ebola virus ffs. Wigan will attack but won't have the quality to cause our shoddy defence too many problems. That should hopefully mean we get more space to create chances for Chico and Berba. |
