Depends if you're bottom 3/4 by the time everyone else has played 2 more games. If u r then it puts pressure on roy for your next games and he'll probly flop in which case he's gone by xmas!

the manager certainly has a say, its basically like united, not being allowed to buy anyone over 27, if you are spending big money it has to be on someone who has resell value and good potential

our chief is basically like our chief scout, provides a list of players, dif mangers may choose different ones
