Inexperience from Villa showed in the first half. Better in the 2nd half but not enough quality to create anything from the possession they had.
Fair play to Spurs, played most of the match with 10 men but it very rarely told.

Get in there. 2-1 with 10 men after a pathetic sending off. And the icing on the cake is Bambi Pires getting owned by Redknapp. And VDV I forking love you x

Worst performance I've seen at Rovers for a long while. Absolutely dire - we couldn't play the ball along the floor to each other and we couldn't play the ball in the air either. I cannot remember one occasion where I honestly thought we'd score, there were just a couple of half chances. Pedersen put a good free kick in which went three yards wide from about 30 yards and had the keeper beaten but even then it was ambitious.
The fans were shouting 'We want Jack Walker back, we want Jack Walker back...' etc, 'There's only one Jack Walker' and 'Big Fat Sams Blue And White Army!' and 'Big fat Sam' throughout the match. Some people dressed up in chicken costumes in our stand and somebody even brought a live chicken into the ground. Venky's could well be the most hated owners in the Prem - on the two performances under Steve Kean I don't think we'll get another win all season.

Nice to see you're giving them a fair chance and not over-reacting It is hardly an overreaction. It isn't exactly like Rovers have played the most attractive football for the past few years anyway (it is okay at times, very good at others, and diabolical the rest) but now we don't have a style of play under Kean. We are a team in turmoil behind the scenes with a bunch of people who don't have a clue about football management - who on earth is going to think 'Oh, I know, I really want to go to Blackburn in January (and I really want to play for Steve Kean)!'? It is obscene and we won't get any players in January unless they're owned by the Kentaro management group. We couldn't play the ball at all and changing style at this point in the season (as drastically as the owners want) is never going to work and it is showing. We will get low on confidence from consecutive losses and struggle to come back from it. Mark my words - we'll be in a relegation dogfight this year and probably will go down.

Some valid points FF but you're not even giving them a chance. Most of your fans have already made up their minds and that's the end of it. I agree they seem naive regarding running a football club but they don't deserve the hysteria they seem to be getting. All of these feelings seem to have happened since Allardyce was sacked.

I agree they seem naive regarding running a football club but they don't deserve the hysteria they seem to be getting. All of these feelings seem to have happened since Allardyce was sacked. They said the week before that Allardyce's job was safe and that he would have full control over finances. They then sacked him. They said there would be £5m to spend in January. There is now considerably more. They said that their links with Kentaro (sports management agency) were simply advisory and then they put a man who is on Kentaro's books in charge of the club (Steve Kean). They said that Maradona had been contacted and then that he hadn't. They said that John Williams would remain in charge of the club and have made all recent decisions above his head and without any of his input. We cannot trust a word they say and they have admitted that they have never watched a football match before taking charge of Rovers.
He has said that he will hold talks in January to decide what role he has to play at the club. Which evidently is going to result in him leaving as he has no influence left and on that day our 'family club' will have been properly put to death.

How many times have we heard of the dreaded vote of confidence for manager before they're sacked. What's happened to Sam is nothing new altho I think they were nuts to do it without having a replacement in place, but that just highlights how naive they are and the bad advice they're getting. The rest is just "he said she said" and doesn't really matter. Yeh I know about the situation with the Kentaro Group and that's a forked up no doubt about it, but once again that's because they don't yet have experience of running a football club.
I think alot of your concerns are valid and need to be addressed with the owners. I just don't see how this...

The chants and showing anger at the owners might at least prompt them to start making decisions based on what the fans actually want and at appropriate times. It might force their hand in the January window to open up the purse strings and buy a couple of new faces in to try to get the fans on board. But sitting down and pretending we love the owners isn't going to get us anywhere either unfortunately.

Yeh showing anger and demonstrating against what they're doing is fine, I just don't see what dressing up as a chicken, bringing a live chicken to a football match or chanting "Jack Walker" is gonna achieve.
I would be surprised if the owners hadn't planned to bring in new players anyway. Also, one of the positives from having Kentaro Group in the background is that you're bound to be getting some transfers, even if it is theirs lol. I think you shd at least wait and see what they do in the transfer market before writing them off.
