Everton aren't playing either.....
Thats because of a lack of water facilities - nothing to do with a frozen pitch.

Think Fulham only got theirs this season???

Nothing they can do about the weather as Jimmy said but maybe if a promoted team get to stay in the prem for a 2nd season there should be a rule??? How much does it cost anyway does anyone know?
