Neil Danns has not rejected a new deal at Crystal Palace, but is happy to wait regarding his future.

Scunthorpe United expect Chelsea full-back Ben Gordon to link up with their squad on Monday.

Coventry boss Aidy Boothroyd is keen to bring in some new faces in the emergency loan window next week.

Leeds manager Simon Grayson has lined up several emergency loan deals.

Grayson was unable to land any of his deadline-day targets because top-flight clubs were reluctant to loan players for the rest of the season.

But under emergency loan rules players can be recalled after 28 days, and Grayson expects new arrivals at Elland Road when the window reopens later this month.

"We weren't in the market for squad players - we were in it for top players," he told the Yorkshire Evening Post.

"But I'd have thought that some of the players I was looking at will be available on emergency loan.

"I've spoken to four or five managers about that, all of whom are in the Premier League. The players I'm looking at will definitely make us better as a team."

Dietmar Hamann has left his position at League One MK Dons to become Leicester's first-team coach.
